1. Safe Transport Options
We offer two secure shipping methods:
✅ Accompanied Airline Transport (via USDA-certified pet nanny service)
✅ Ground Transport (professional climate-controlled vehicle with handler)
We do NOT ship as cargo unattended.
2. Health & Safety Guarantee
✔ Vet-Cleared for Travel: Puppy examined within 48 hours of shipment
✔ Climate-Controlled: Never shipped if temperatures exceed 85°F or drop below 20°F
✔ Real-Time Updates: Tracking and photo updates provided
3. Puppy’s Travel Kit Includes:
Health certificate & vaccination records
Absorbent pad-lined crate with chew-proof bedding
Zip-locked food/water for journey
Toy with litter scent for comfort
Emergency contact sheet
4. Guarantee Coverage
We guarantee your puppy will arrive:
🔹 Alive and in good health
🔹 Free of parasites or contagious illness
🔹 With all paperwork (AKC, vet records)
If the puppy arrives ill/injured:
Notify us within 2 hours of pickup with vet documentation.
We cover 100% of treatment costs (up to purchase price) at our approved vet.
If fatality occurs (extremely rare), we provide a replacement puppy from next available litter.
Exclusions: Stress-related diarrhea or minor kennel cough (common post-travel).
5. Buyer’s Responsibilities
Arrange pickup within 1 hour of flight/vehicle arrival
Avoid public dog areas until vet-cleared (48-hour exam required)
Provide crate training transition (guide included)
6. Weather/Transport Delays
We reschedule at no cost if temperatures exceed safety limits
Flight changes due to airlines are covered by our transport partner
7. Pricing & Logistics
Cost: 400−600 (varies by location/season)
Destinations: Continental US only (no Hawaii/Alaska)
Booking: Requires 50% deposit, balance due 1 week pre-ship
Note: We reserve right to refuse shipment if we deem conditions unsafe.
