1. General Health Warranty

Coverage Period:

• 30-Day General Health Guarantee: Covers any immediate illnesses or parasites (excluding minor conditions like kennel cough or stress-related diarrhea).

• 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee: Covers life-threatening hereditary or congenital conditions (see list below).

Requirements to Activate Guarantee:

• Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery.

• Failure to do so voids all guarantees.

• A signed copy of this agreement must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

2. Genetic & Congenital Defects Covered (1-Year Warranty)

We guarantee your puppy against the following hereditary or congenital conditions (if diagnosed by a licensed vet within 12 months of birth):
✔ Cardiac defects (e.g., aortic stenosis, cardiomyopathy)
✔ Severe hip dysplasia (requiring surgical intervention)

• Buyer covers transportation costs (if applicable).

Option 2: Partial Reimbursement for Treatment

• Keep the puppy and receive 50% reimbursement of veterinary expenses (up to the original purchase price).

4. Buyer Responsibilities (Void If Ignored)

To maintain this guarantee, the buyer must:
